All Glazify products have a 15-year warranty against premature failure and visible defects on our glazed units. And all parts and materials required and used within any of our products are warrantied against premature failure, manufacturing issues or quality issue for 5 years after installation.

MATERIALS

Glazing:

All glazed units supplied by GLAZIFY are warrantied against premature failure and visible defects apparent from 11’, perpendicular to the glass unit (IG), in indirect sunlight for a period of ten (15) years after installation. GLAZIFY will replace 100% of the value of the sealed units through this term.

Manufactured Parts:

All parts and materials required and used within any GLAZIFY product are warrantied against premature failure, manufacturing issues or quality issues for a period of five (5) years after installation. This includes but is not limited to locking sets, locking bolts, weatherstrip, head track, sill track, rolling hardware etc. GLAZIFY will replace 100% of the value of all materials utilized in the construction of the unit through this term.

Painted Surfaces:

All painted materials used in the construction of any GLAZIFY products are warrantied against premature failure, excessive chalking and fading, for a period of five (2) years after installation.

LABOR

GLAZIFY will provide all required labour at no cost for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation. Warranty issues requiring attention outside of the stated two (2) year warranty coverage will be charged at a service rate indicative of the site location and time required to complete said service in full. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of products or to the original purchaser of the structure into which such products are installed. This limited warranty sets forth GLAZIFY's maximum liability for its products. GLAZIFY makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to its products except as set forth above. In no instance will GLAZIFY be responsible for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
